Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Style Sense by “O”.  We take great pride in our reputation and want our customers to be happy with their purchase[s].  If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, you can return the items within 7 days of order arrival.  You must send an email to receive a Return Authorization number and an address to ship the return to before returning. o@stylesensebyo.com

We do not offer refunds.  A store credit for the value of the merchandise, less the cost of shipping will be issued. Once the merchandise has been received, please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be processed.

Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered.  Style Sense by “O” reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item being returned.

Style Sense by “O” is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.  We highly recommend using a courier that provides proof of postage, tracking, and/or insurance.

Canceling Orders

If you change your mind after you have made a purchase, you have the right to cancel. Contact Style Sense by “O” within a hour via email. Please include your order number in the subject line. Once the order has been cancelled, it is determined by your financial institution when the funds will be available.
